This notice explains which personal data is processed when you visit lorenzocadente.dev. The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies.

02 — Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, its infrastructure logs technical request data (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Visits are counted in aggregate with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: visitors are told apart by an identifier derived from the request, which changes every day and cannot be used to recognise you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which pages are visited.
04 — Email
If you write to info@lorenzocadente.dev, I use your email address and the content of your message to respond to your request. Messages are processed through the email service providers I use.
05 — Cookies
The site sets a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language (Italian or English) and is deleted when you close the browser. Because it is needed for the site to work, it does not require consent.
06 — Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@lorenzocadente.dev.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
